Recently ordered 2,300 bags of which I now know that approximately 65% of the bags differ by 3 to 4 mm from the indicated dimensions. This is too big a difference for me, so I had to throw it away. Customer service wanted to give me a 10% discount for my next order. Which of course I am not going to do anymore since this definitely comes close to my loss. As my colleague Jacco has already indicated in the chat, the bags should not have deviated more than 2 mm. This meant that you could have returned the bags to us free of charge.

I did not order these bags but the are good quality and would be ideal for packaging one small piece for fudge or a luxury chocolate.

These gripseal bags are of excellent quality. I cannot find fault with their manufacturer as they function perfectly. They were delivered surprisingly quickly to the UK. I will definitely use bagsxl again in the future, as they are efficient and professional.
