After inventory, digitization, the Kunstnel.nl website and exhibitions, it was high time for professional archiving of the artworks. For the work of various techniques I have purchased acid-free boxes (ICN) and folders. However, the embroidery compositions must be visible in the boxes: that was quite a search.
Only at Bagsxl.nl did I find acid-free, transparent envelopes in various sizes: exactly what I needed.
Because they are supplied per 100, I had to do some puzzling to find out a usable format.
Fortunately, it appears that I can preserve almost all embroidery compositions here, sometimes several go into an envelope. They remain visible and, moreover, they stay in place.
